The project leaders and principal owners
Mr. Jon Faulkner and Mr. Steve Agni are both long-time Alaska residents, who together have over seventy years of real estate and development experience in Alaska. One highly successful and enduring project developed by Mr. Agni and Mr. Faulkner is the “Lodges at Lands End” in Homer Alaska. Land’s End Lodges – Land’s End Resort (lands-end-resort.com) The Lodges project first commenced in 2001 and has set the standard for luxury resort style residential real estate in Alaska.

The project architect is the firm “Nvision” Architects, Principal Architect Mr. Paul Baril HOME – Nvision Architecture Nnvision brings tremendous talent and experience in the fields of Master Planning and building architecture that ensures well integrated and creative designs that are attentive to site features, end-user requirements and cost-effective solutions. Nvision’s commitment to recognizing the value inherent in Alaska history and the experience of prior generations of Alaskan builders and designers is of particular importance to this project.
The civil and structural engineering for the project is provided by the long-time Kenai Alaska based firm of William J. Nelson and Associates. The full team of engineers at Nelson and Associates brings over fifty years of experience providing structural engineering solutions for both private sector and public sector building projects in Alaska and on the Kenai Peninsula. Mr. Mathew Dura is the firm’s project manager and principal engineer on the Home Port project
Home Port’s Association maintenance and utility superintendent is Mr. Marvin Troyer. Mr. Troyer has over twenty years of experience maintaining the utility and other jointly used systems on the Kenai Landing site that includes the Home Port Project. Mr. Troyer’s resume includes over thirty five years of building and maintaining complex structures and systems in Alaska including projects in Alaska’s North Slope oil fields for both Alaska employers and major international oil production companies.
Mrs. Amber Douglas is the interior design coordinator for this beautiful project.
Born and raised as a true Alaska girl, she has 20 years of experience working with clients in multiple aspects of building construction, both commercial and residential.
She looks at every new space as a new opportunity to create an experience that is warm, inviting, practical, efficient, and uniquely you.
